Greetings!

I recently finished my first year at UC Davis School of Law where I plan on studying intellectual property with a focus on patents.

This summer, I will be serving as a research assistant to Professor Robert Hillman. Information about his academic interests can be found here

I will also be sitting for the Patent Registration Exam so that I will be able to prosecute patents before the USPTO. More information can be found here.

Other summer plans include attending the AIPLA job fair in Chicago at the end of July, the SFIPLA job fair in San Francisco in early August, and the Bay Area Minority Job Fair (also in San Francisco).

Please find recently updated copies of my resume and writing sample available in PDF format on the right hand column of this site. References and transcripts are available upon request.

The writing sample is a model office memorandum outlining the details of a fact pattern presented in my legal writing and research class.

I just recently started my own Blog. Please feel free to check it out! Topics include interesting legal issues, financial matters, patents, and topical news stories.

I completed my undergraduate work at Emory University in Atlanta, GA in May 2007. I graduated Emory with high honors in Physics.

A PDF of the honors thesis I wrote under Dr. Eric R. Weeks entitled Flow Fields Caused by Local Perturbations of Colloidal Glasses can be found on the right column of this site. Please see the abstract for a brief technical overview of my project and method. The first chapter of the thesis is a less technical explanation of my research.
